Legal Notice

  • Tucson PC Tech, LLC is not responsible for the loss, damage or destruction of client's personal property or any harm that comes to client through use or misuse of advice or information contained within the Tucson PC Tech, LLC website.
     

  • Client understands that computer repair or maintenance is to be performed only by a certified technician. Computer technicians are not responsible for damages or loss of data due to acts of God or electrical malfunction. Tucson PC Tech, LLC implies no warranties beyond those covered by the manufacturers of the hardware or software installed.
     

  • Tucson PC Tech, LLC will not be responsible for loss or damage caused by fire, theft, acts of malice by customer or other party, or any other cause beyond the control of Tucson PC Tech, LLC.
     

  • Customer hereby assumes all risk of data loss from any and all causes or in any way related to or resulting from the sales, repair, or service by Tucson PC Tech, LLC. Customer hereby releases Tucson PC Tech, LLC from any claim or liability related to any loss of data. Please ensure data is backed up prior to acquiring Tucson PC Tech, LLC services. Should important data reside on computer to be serviced, a backup of the system should be performed prior to scheduling onsite service. If requested, Tucson PC Tech, LLC will create a backup for client, but will not guarantee that all data will be located and saved.
     

  • Tucson PC Tech, LLC is concerned about customer privacy and data security and Tucson PC Tech, LLC does not disclose or discuss service orders or invoices with anyone other than the customer of record, unless subpoenaed by a court of law.
     

  • If Tucson PC Tech, LLC has ordered parts for client, payment is due at the time of order. In the event of denial of payment, Tucson PC Tech, LLC will take action for compensation as provided by law.
     

  • Payment for all services is due immediately upon completion of work, unless prior arrangements have been made. Tucson PC Tech, LLC reserves the right to retain customer merchandise until full payment is rendered.
     

  • Service requests are performed on a first come, first served basis. Tucson PC Tech, LLC can not promise turn around repair time if required parts are not available to complete service. Repair service is dependent upon arrival of ordered products and parts. Tucson PC Tech, LLC attempts to complete all service orders as quickly as possible, but is not responsible for shipping carrier mishandling or length of shipping time.
     

  • Service charges are non-refundable. If actual repair charges are going to exceed estimated repair charges and client doesn't wish to proceed with services or repairs, client must still pay travel charge and service charge for any time that has been clocked on the system. In the event that service charges are disputed and refused, Tucson PC Tech, LLC will take all actions provided by law to procure payment.
